Costa Coffee was founded in 1971 in London. It is currently the second largest coffee shop chain in the world, with almost 3,800 coffee shops in 31 countries.

In Costa Coffee cafes, coffee is always prepared by professional baristas by hand from freshly ground coffee. For more than forty years, Costa has been using a special Mocha Italia Espresso blend coffee blend, a mix of seven different coffee beans, roasted by a slow process, which guarantees exceptional taste properties. 100% coffee beans, which are certified by the Rainforest Alliance, are used to prepare the mixture.
